Day 6!

  While I was sitting at work today, I had the most amazing idea!

When I got home I told the kids we were going to build an obstacle course in the back yard.

Aleigh helped. We all played.

First you run around the Soccer ball, Basketball, and Volley ball...

Throw a Frisbee across the yard,

Hit the tball off of the tee...

Jump over the tub,

Run through the sprinklers,

Ride the scooter to the marker...

And the Runnnnnn to the other side and throw another Frisbee!!!

We ended the day just playing in the sprinkler and soaking wet =)

Aleigh might have also found the largest Dandelion in the entire world today!

Day 5

 Today started off Perfect!


Toasted Pop tarts for breakfast, and a big glass of milk!

The kids *played Mario Kart Wii & Smurf Dance Party

               *Wiffle ball in the back yard

               *Cleaned their rooms  

                *played with Play dough

For Arts & Crafts, The kids drew what ever their little hearts desired on a blank sheet of paper. I put them on a bigger piece of Scrapbook paper, and I am gong to frame them and hang them up in the hall way!

I made Mozzarella Spaghetti for dinner, with garlic toast. For desert we had Home made Vanilla Ice cream with a touch of Coca Cola for a perfect Coke Float!

Day 4

Today was pretty amazing! We have all four of the babies here now.

We started a new tradition: "Happy Summer Vacation" gifts!

My Nan had a tradition when wrapping gifts. she used the Sunday Comics! I have tons of pictures of opening them when I was younger.








Aubree got Sand ART! She made an amazing time, there was enough sand for 2pictures and a sculpture!







Kharter and Landon both got Ball Guns! I had to put K's on all of Kharter's, and L' on all of Landon's to minimize confusion. =)

Aleigh opened a Password Journal!! She was so EXCITED, and immediately opened it, recording a new password!

We all hopped in the car and went down to the Park to watch Aubree's tball game. To our surprise, nearly her entire family was there!

We came home and made home made mini pepperoni pizzas!!

Day 3


For some reason, this morning I woke up in the mood to try and bake Homemade biscuits. For my first time, I thought I nailed it!!

At first glance, you may think: Scrumptious. Nope- complete disaster. =)


I am not an experienced cook, nor have I ever been interested in trying. However, I own almost all of my Nan's cook books she left behind, and I have a rather large family to feed. 


It is a new goal of mine to teach myself! 


The Chocolate Gravy was awesome. (Eric ran to the grocery store and bought a $1 can of biscuits, to save the day=)

Day 2


Aubree and Kharter are spending their weekend at their Papa's. Their Great Grandma is coming to visit! They were excited!


We rarely get a weekend where the kids are all away from home, so its nice to have a weekend alone. 


Eric and I went with our good friends to Rowdy Beaver, and had a drink on the patio on Dickson Street. 


Beautiful Day, Great Conversation and excellent food! 

Day 1

School is out for the Summer! Eric and I are going to have all four of our babies for vacation! And I can't be any more excited!

Today was Aubree's 8th tball game. To be quite frank, we are a little spent. She doesn't really get excited about the games anymore like she once did. The Good news though, we only have 2 games left! Then, trophies and swim parties!

We were happy to have Nana, Pappy, Sean, and Aunt Karen at the game today. We were, without a doubt, the loudest group there!

Aunt Karen had the brilliant idea to buy the kids Air horns... Needless to say, the other fans knew who we were there to see! 

Way to go Mermaids!
